Pre-Delivery-Inspection (PDI)

Every bike bought from us has been subject to a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI). This means your bike will have been taken out of the original carton, unfolded and then thoroughly checked.

We do not charge for this service and your local bike shop may charge you up to £30 for this, so when you receive your bike from us you can get on two wheels straight away!

What is the delivery time and cost? 

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. All orders to the value of £50.00 and over are sent carriage free.

Goods can only be shipped to mainland UK.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in parts of the UK. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain areas.

Free returns. 

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including special offer items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels and intact.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

What is the returns period?

Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods and any returned items must be received by us, within this time.   Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to fourteen days from receipt of your return for this to be done.

What do I do if I want a refund?

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.

What should I do if I want a replacement?

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

In all cases, your proof of postage should show the address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office's printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting.

You should enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:

Order number, name, address, contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

"I've received the items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?"

Yes you can return them as normal - please refer to the return guidelines above and on the paperwork that came with the goods.

However please be aware that, as part of the returns process, the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system.

If you request replacement items of a higher value, we would need to obtain the purchaser's permission before making an additional charge to their card. Alternatively, any difference can be paid using your own card - should you wish to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with contact details in case of any query.

If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card, which was used to pay for the goods. We are unable to offer credit notes.

What if an item is out of stock?

Some items can be ordered even if they're not immediately available from stock. Additionally, if you have saved items in your basket and not placed your order straight away, another customer can still buy these items until you complete your order. Therefore, if you come back to a saved basket after any length of time, the goods may no longer be in stock.

If a particular item is not available to order on our website, then this means it is likely to be out of stock.

I saw an item on your website before, but now it's gone - Will you be getting any more stock?

Split orders

What happens if part of my order is not in stock?

We usually despatch in-stock items immediately, subject to payment authorisation. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once. Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available. Payment is only taken for items when they are despatched, so only those sent in each shipment will be charged for at that time.
